The 15th Walhallalauf will take place on Sunday, April 26, 2026, and is organized by the Endurance Department of SV Donaustauf. The event offers various distances for children and adults, including a 400 m, 600 m, and 1,000 m children's run, as well as a 7.1 km trail run, a 5 km run, and a 10 km run. The courses traverse park and meadow paths as well as forest trails, with the more challenging routes marked with yellow ground markings. The run invites participants to experience a bit of Donaustauf and concludes in the Fürstengarten, where children can also race against our mascot.
Highlights
- The event also includes Nordic Walking, and there are medals and certificates for the participants.
- Food and refreshments will be provided, and there will be a raffle for the kids' races.
- The route passes through the historic market and along the Danube, past the castle and the Walhalla.
